I just finished Wildcard. I don’t know I will rate it as 4 or 5.. Hmm 😕

Saya baru saja selesai Wildcard. Saya tidak tahu saya akan memberikan rating 4 atau 5 .. Hmm 😕

The first chapter is really interesting but I felt somehow Emika become stupid. She did not pick up the clue from the first time it was revealed.

Bab pertama sangat menarik tetapi saya merasa Emika menjadi bodoh. Dia tidak dapat menebak atau menangkap petunjuk ketika petunjuk tersebut pertama kali muncul.

The writing of the first half of the book is too much telling, not showing (but the writing style is good so it still hooked me). But it made me wonder where is the brilliant Emika go? 👀

Penulisan paruh pertama buku ini terlalu banyak narasi cerita secara lisan, kurang aksi (tetapi gaya tulisannya bagus sehingga masih membuat saya tertarik). Tapi hal tersebut membuat saya bertanya-tanya kemana perginya Emika yang cemerlang?

And Thanks God the second half of the story get better and more action packed. At the end, the story able to moved my heart and got my eyes teary 😢😢 Now, I am in book hangover state 😫 I want to read another book on my TBR but I can’t😢😢

Dan alhamdulillah paruh kedua dari cerita menjadi lebih baik dan lebih banyak aksi dikemas. Pada akhirnya, ceritanya dapat menggerakan hati saya dan membuat mata saya berkaca-kaca 😢😢 Sekarang, saya dalam keadaan book hangover 😫 Saya ingin membaca buku lain di TBR saya, tetapi saya tidak bisa
